FOURGE, a member company of KBN Group, Doha, Qatar (“FOURGE”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through it and how we use it.

- Enquiry form— if you submit an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. Form submissions are captured and stored by our hosting provider’s form service (Netlify) and delivered to us.
- Technical logs — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
3. What we don’t do
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. The website stores one small value in your browser’s local storage (the playback position of the background film) — it identifies nothing about you and never leaves your device.
4. How we use your data
We use the details from your enquiry solely to respond to it — to guide you through sales, leasing and management questions — and to keep a record of our correspondence. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
5. Sharing
Your enquiry may be shared within FOURGE and KBN Group companies strictly as needed to handle your request, and with the service providers that operate this website (hosting and form processing). We require no more of your data than is necessary.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a reasonable business record, after which they are deleted.
